Corporate and Team Building Workshops
Building Stronger Leaders and Teams
Our corporate and team experiences combine experiential learning with principles of leadership development to strengthen communication, collaboration, trust, and team effectiveness. Through interactive, ground-based activities with horses, participants gain valuable insight into leadership styles, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and workplace dynamics. Each program is customized to meet the unique goals of your company.

Individual Equine-Assisted Coaching
Personal Growth Through Horses, Nature, and Connection
Our individual coaching sessions combine equine-assisted learning with personalized coaching to support self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, leadership, and healthy relationships. Working alongside horses in a peaceful natural setting, participants gain meaningful insights through experiential activities that encourage reflection and personal growth. No horse experience is necessary; all sessions are ground-based.

Building Bonds
An 8-Week Equine-Assisted Learning Program for Foster Youth & Caregivers
Building Bridges is a trauma-informed, eight-week equine-assisted learning program designed to strengthen the relationship between foster youth and their caregivers. Through guided, ground-based experiences with horses, participants build emotional regulation, trust, communication, healthy boundaries, and resilience in a safe, supportive environment. Together, children and caregivers develop practical skills for connection

Girls in the Barn
Growing Confident, Connection, and Courage.
6-week equine-assisted learning program for girls ages 11-15. Through ground-based experiences with horses, participants build confidence, resilience, communication, emotional awareness, healthy boundaries, and leadership skills. In a supportive, nature-based environment, girls discover their strengths, develop meaningful friendships, and gain practical life skills that help them thrive at home, at school, and beyond.
